Although tasty, but not worth the price. Also ordered brown sugar milk today, surprised to see that they use commerical brand soy milk in stead of their own brand. Since that drink itself costs around $8.5, cant exactly justify the price to be absolutely fair.Cafe is small and cute, but parking in front of the store is difficult. Unless you park further.
A dessert heaven for lactose intolerant folks since all things are made in soy. The tofu itself is unsweetened and rich in soy bean flavour. One of their bubble toppings have red beans in it. Taste good but very sweet be aware! Nice service. Answered all the questions we had ?
The place was small and cute with a small menu for desserts. Certain things were not there to try but the ice cream and bowl we ordered were very delicious! The place had alot of flies and bugs and there was even one in our spoons..other than that the food was nice but the place could use some deep cleaning and tidying up to make the customer stay more pleasant!
As a visitor, I was so surprised to see an entire cafe dedicated to soy products. Growing up, tofu pudding was always a loved dessert, so I was excited to try it here! My group of six shared a classic ginger pudding and signature tofu pudding. I liked how each topping came in separate bowls; you can choose how much to pour into the tofu pudding bowl, or eat them separately. This makes it easier to share, since you can refrain from pouring a topping that someone else does not love. Overall, we loved it! I wish the ginger sugar was slightly stronger, but the soy flavor was very apparent. The ice cream was also great; I wish I got a separate order of it. My only reservation is that the tables and walkway are relatively small, so this spot isn't great for larger parties.
Overall, I had a great experience at Soytalk. The service was excellent, and the café was decorated nicely and had a great ambiance. Soytalk serves a healthy alternative to traditional dairy-based desserts! The desserts here are so cute and taste yummy too. If you're a fan of soy, I think you would love Soytalk but if not, it's probably not for you (since their desserts have a very prominent soy flavor).
