Contribuisci feedbackI went to order, stood to the Side and patiently waited for my turn as a nurse cut in front. When it was my turn to order Kelvin at the counter asked me to hold on a minute I said sure and leaned over to look at the pastries when I heard him ask “what can I get for you” as 3 more hospital staff ordered. It was the rudest and belittling things that has happened. Then not even an apology or a thank you for your patience for someone that already going through a tough time to be made to feel so meaningless at a Starbucks in a hospital definitely did not help.
I don't enjoy coffee but the establishment was busy when I went there with friends. So they must be doing something right.
Worst service and Steven the manager is far from being a professional trained manager although he said that he has been working for 10 years. No fresh baked goods. We can warm up for you , really sad.He was trying to explain that in his location it has been like that for many years! !A Coffee shop without fresh produce.??Joseph
I guess I walked too close to Starbucks and their union fanatics. I won't support them.
You can always get fantastic drinks hereParking: Since there are a lot of reserved parking spots for staffs at the hospital, there are not always enough spots for visitors.Wheelchair accessibility: Many patients who are in wheelchairs enjoy drinks here
