Subway - Richmond

Never coming back here, aggressive staff, they put a few veggies toppings when you asked for lots. The smallest breads they have won't fit anything inside either.. did not scan my point card and never offered to do so. The veggies were half frozen and not fresh at all. Cheap owner has ruined subway policy.. also they talk punjabi loud and laugh .. very rude and uncomfortable !! I know they were talking about me and making fun loud and clear.

This place has topped to serve the worst food of all Subway locations.Crispy chicken Sub which wasn’t crispy and it so unreal chicken, super fake. I had to spit it out from my mouth and threw the whole sub in garbage.When I mentioned to the staff that it tasted worst and the crispy chicken is fake. Lady on counter just nodded and didn’t care after that. You do not treat your customers this way.Highly NOT recommended. Avoid this location.

Every morning 4:20am to 5:10am this subway gets shutdown and they put 15 minutes away sign. So ridiculous ?

GREAT LOCATION OF SUBWAY!!! THEIR TUNA SANDWICH IS TOP-NOTCH, ALTHOUGH THE TUNA THEY SERVE IS NOT COOKED PROPERLY!!! PLUS, I AM REMOVING 2 STARS, BECAUSE FOR A RIDICULOUS REASON. THE FOOD OF COURSE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, ETC., ALL ARE 5 STARS WORTH!!! BUT NOW I GOTTA SAY SOMETHING VERY BAD ABOUT SUBWAY TUNA!!! IT WAS FOUND OUT THAT THEIR TUNA IS NOT 100% TUNA, BUT IT CONTAINED OTHER ANIMAL BASED INGREDIENTS, LIKE PORK!!! WHAT THE HELL?! FOR US MUSLIMS, PORK IS HARAM!!! HOW COULD YOU DO THIS? PLEASE SERVE 100% FRESH TUNA, AND DO NOT MIX UP OTHER ANIMAL BASED INGREDIENTS!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED TO HEAR THIS, SINCE NOW WE CAN NEVER EAT AT SUBWAY. I FEEL LIKE WE CAN NEVER TRUST WHETHER OR NOT THEIR TUNA IS 100% FRESH, FREE FROM ANIMAL BASED INGREDIENTS. PLEASE IMPROVE, OTHERWISE WE WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! DUE TO THIS D ISSUE, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR MUSLIMS, BUT FOR THE REST OF THE RELIGIOUS PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE THE CAN EAT PORK, THEN I RECOMMEND SUBWAY FOR THEM!! DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

Happy with my veggie delite that was made right with lots of veggies. This location is really busy so there is a bit of a wait but the sandwich was made well.
