Tandoori Kona - Richmond

Finding Indian restaurant outside Jasper really treat and Tandoori Kona is Gem way they are running restaurant as nearby big city to buy Indian groceries is Edmonton which is 3 hrs away..We stayed nearby during Jasper visit and had lunch/dinner here multiple times and tried almost all veg curries and Chinese items.. Quality, portions of food really good and prices are decent.. coming to service , all staff including Akshay, Mandeep and chefs were really good , service was top notch ..sometimes orders may take time during dinner time due to huge orders but staff never hesitate to give their best..

The food was delicious! It helped us as we came late, it was great. The service is exceptional and treated me well.

Disappointing Experience at Tandoori KonaI recently visited Tandoori Kona restaurant with high hopes of enjoying an authentic dining experience, but unfortunately, my visit left me extremely disappointed. From the moment I walked in, the owner's rude demeanor was evident, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.To make matters worse, the restaurant had a noticeable rat problem, which was not only unappetizing but also a serious health concern.As for the food, I was truly let down by the lack of flavor and quality. The dishes I ordered were tasteless and lacked the vibrant spices and traditional flavors that I was expecting from a place specializing in Tandoori cuisine.

My visit to this Indian restaurant was nothing short of a nightmare. The owner's behavior was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant, creating a negative atmosphere throughout. The food was a huge letdown; it lacked flavor, was overcooked, and poorly presented. Adding to the distress, the restaurant had a severe rat problem, which made the dining experience utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise against visiting this place as it was a truly disappointing and unsanitary ordeal.
