The New Well Tavern - Richmond

The heavy fish was hard n dry. the little ones. the server is very nice.

The service was good, eating was nothing special, I would say, averaged. were small and it was expensive for what they got. they were out of some wine and beer options on a Saturday night, which was disappointing. the atmosphere was a bit too casual to be called a fine eating. overall was not a great experience, will not be back. there are better restaurants for less.

Had the muscles. absolutely delicious. as good as in Belgium. served with frit and delicious brot. he started with an salate, but it was not necessary. looked outside on the deck. really enjoyed it and will go back.

Previously, to go to tapenade on a regular basis and thought we would try the new well Tavern.sort of a last minute reservation on a warm Sunday evening. we were really quite surprised by the menu, there were enough choices for each taste, we had a beet salad that was quite large and had a lot of beet that my men arulgula salat was also very large and both were excellent, we had the garnels to start, they were delicious. we did not feel like a complete dinner, so we ordered the poutine, quite good and a kind of baddie and we also ordered the escargot that was very good again. looking for some extensions on the main meal of the menu, not in fried chicken, but I am sure that they develop and serve corresponding dishes that are longer around, we have much too many casual places in steveston all serve similar types of food...we look forward to the return and hope to try the dinner menu next time and fish in some more.

My friends and I thought we would try this new restaurant in Steveston. Three of us had the Cannelloni which was delicious . Came with a small salad and a little loaf of bread sliced thinly. I ate it all. Service was slow as they definitely didn't have enough staff. Wine $5 a glass until 5pm.
