Contribuisci feedbackTry the breakfast menu. baconator was good, although the wurstpatty was really salty and the processed cheese slice did not help on this front. the potato wedges had taste, but were too salty. the bacon cheese egg sandwich had a dry, hard bungalow (not sure whether it was stale or what.) the chocolate frosty-ccinno was underwhelming. it was Bland coffee without visible bodies from the frost. To be fair, it sat 20 minutes on the counter, how long it took to fill the rest of my order. the ice melted and diluted, which should always be tasted there. but that was the biggest problem. a fast food place should eat in much less time. there were two commands before us, and there seemed not to be many drive-thru orders.
Standard wendy’s almost food-tarife. I ordered frosty with my meal, and they have charged me mug fees for everyone, not sure if this is normal. besteck selfservice was missing only forks. food quality and speed are as expected, no complaining.
The personal is really good. hard to work. friendly and fast. eating is always delicious and fresh. great location on marine drive.
Terrible customer service. not clean. order a combo that came with my choice of pop, they usually don't drink pop, but I went for it this time. there are 2 pop machines. one was broken. both were pretty dirty. I couldn't make it work. I'll help you. Despite the fact that the place was practically empty, there is no personal help. Not only that when I asked for help, the women, two of them, as if I were a stupid man, not in the position to find the pop machine! did I mention that one was broken and there was no sign or anything that showed that? only when they saw that I was struggling to get the drink, they cried out of the service counter to use the other who only spends a bit of ice and a bit of the pop I had chosen. at the end I gave up and then eat cold burgers. I noticed that another customer had the same unpleasant experience with the machine, but I was on the way out. there was pop on the floor and nobody cares about it. not only is that inappropriate, as it is a place to eat and, even an almost food place, not a 5-star restaurant, it must be a minimum of hygiene and cleanliness that must be kept at any time. not to mention the danger of slipping and falling! more terrible place and the worse customer service. If you don't like your job women, stop.
Noisy. The soda pop fountain station was very messy, and sticky, especially the floor area around the station. It's unfortunate though. I get that most places are operating, at under staffed situations, but there's got to be a way to make cleanliness a priority, over making money.I'll stick to the drive thru for now on. But this might take a while before I go back there. I need to forget what my eyes have already seen..
