Ruby Scoops - Richmond

Ruby Scoops is a charming shop located on Brookland Park Boulevard. The menu features a variety of vegan options, including ice creams and sorbets that can be enjoyed in pots, milkshakes, and even ice cream sandwiches. They also offer vegan cookies. I tried the butter pecan and apple butter ice creams, and they were the most delicious and creamy vegan ice creams I have ever tasted. The staff was also fantastic - despite being busy, they were patient and friendly with each customer.

The staff was incredibly friendly and patient with each customer, even on a busy day. It was a wonderful experience overall.
