Boil Bay Cajun Seafood - Richmond

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is by far the best I have ever had. My husband and I had a wonderful time here. The staff provides excellent customer service. The manager is outstanding, running the restaurant smoothly and impressively. The atmosphere is stunning, and if you know, you know! This place is a must-visit. We will never dine on seafood anywhere else. Even my family visiting from North Carolina agrees and plans to dine here whenever they are in town.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The exterior doesn't do justice to the spacious and lively interior. I was expecting a lackluster strip mall eatery, but I was proven wrong. The large space has plenty of TVs, including one giant screen near what looks like a stage for live music. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious and served promptly. I ordered the crawfish with Cajun seasoning, and it was excellent.

My experience at Boil Bay in Midlothian was exceptional and made up for a previous not-so-good experience at another location in Colonial Heights. Our waitress, Jahaira (I hope I spelled that right), was amazing. It was even more interesting to find out that she has a twin sister who also works as a waitress there. How cool is that!? We ordered the (B) half shrimp and half crawfish with crab legs in the mild Boil Bay sauce. We also tried the wings, which were delicious, and the Cajun fries. Everything was outstanding. Although I don't usually eat corn or potatoes, I enjoyed every bite at Boil Bay.

My BF and I traveled 50 miles to come here based on the reviews and they didn?t disappoint! Atmosphere cool, friendly staff, good food and drinks! Also the calamari rings are so huge I thought they got our order wrong and brought onion rings, lol and they were VERY good as well. I only only gave 4 stars because we ordered the ?fire? spice level for our boil and to us it had no kick at all. I was expecting ????as in needing to sip some water kind of hot and that?s not what

The staff was nice. Our waitress was attentive. The garlic butter sauce in the boil was great! The drinks were just right. We had a catfish poboy, a combo B and a kids menu shrimp and fries. They have live music. A bit loud.
