I just don't see what everyone is about. the ice is bought by another manufacturer, so it is not that the ice is unique. they don't seem to have anything particularly unique on the menu, except the hit-or-miss just ask taste (the not mixed enough tonight so it's a great miss.) the service is nice enough it is a fine ice salon. but there is nothing special or that would make everyone believe that it routinely wins awards for best ice in the city. it is a serviceable draw with decent ice that can also be found in other shops. if you're here and stick ice cream, it'll be done. but it's not a wealthy experience...read more

Good. the good: the ice is good. my favorite is probably banane. the seasonal choices (e.g. shorts in autumn) are also particularly fun. a few outside seats of the bathroom: the ice is not in the load! it is made from gelati celesti- the local Richmond chain. I agree with him, but there is something special about homemade eis verdict: one of the better ice options in richmond. not as head-over headers enthuses like the other critics, but I like it.

All I can say is wow! I called her at 915 and they said they were closed at 930, but to come and get a delicious tasty bite. I came there and was blown away with excellent customer service and the best milkshake I've ever had! the kerl worked so friendly and gave us rehearsals of aromen that he thought, id like. if they were looking for great ice and excellent customer service, they go here definately!

The best in the city. Not only that I love the ice, I love the people and vibe.

Creamy Deliciousness!. Not only the best ice cream but the friendliest family owned and operated ice cream shop in Richmond!! Half chocolate and half almond is to die for.
