Burger Bach - Richmond

I guess I expected a little higher end service from Bach Burger of Carytown than from the McDonalds next door. Waited entirely too long to be waited on for an empty establishment and when we were seated, it was as if we were imposing. After waiting minutes for a craft beer, I was told that they needed to switch out the tap. Waiter returned and explained that they actually didn’t have the one on the menu but I could spend an additional for a similar ale. My silverware had dried-on food debris and the hostess didn’t even apologize. All I got was an “ewww gross”. I ordered a medium well burger and received a burger pink throughout. The staff was lazy, rude and uncaring. What happened to good customer service??

This is for midlothian location. nothing special. preisy, chic burger, beautiful presentation with frys who were crispy. homemade flavor. large open escaping area where they can feel small. service was good, manager was great. from our table stopped to make sure everything was in order.

No one who normally needs the time to give an acidic review. but that was exceptionally bad. first, the service was terrible. we were driving all day. we have a tradition of googling to find the best place in the city within a media price class and check it in every city. that was the worst experience I had all over the country. I hope this is not the best thing to offer. we wanted to make sure we didn't wait too long. we were told 20 minutes. when we were there, we were told 20 minutes. after 25 minutes it went by and a place opened up at the bar. I have been hesitated to visit for several years, simply because I have visited another burger place so much in the opposite love, but I have recently visited with some friends. we arrived at 8 on a Friday night and could sit quickly on the common table. our waitress was very nice and helpful to help us order for the first time. my burger was good, but quite small. I was quite disappointed at the salat that came with the burger. I also ordered a little frit with my meal. they have a really nice selection of spezides that are good. my biggest thing was the price. I was blown away, how much a burger and fry cost. $20, for a good burger, bad salate and small frit....I won't go back.
