Capital One Cafe - Richmond

I had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and well-informed. It was a pleasure to meet the team; the atmosphere in the café was fantastic! Plus, the coffee was phenomenal!

If you use a capital one card, the drinks are half off. There are two ATMs inside, an elevator to go to the second floor, and quite a few different meeting/work rooms. Those rooms are temporarily closed during the pandemic, but there are still various other tables spread out throughout both the first and second floor where you can study or get some work done. My kids love the huge cake pops here. Friendly staff. Everything looks clean and modern.

I should mention that I didn't buy anything during my visit, so I can't comment on that aspect of the business. However, the location is incredibly convenient, featuring public restrooms and a friendly staff. It offers a welcome break from exploring the rest of Cary St without any pressure to make a purchase. It also seems like a fantastic place to study or hold a small meeting, thanks to the cozy nooks available.

Pretty good spot. Lots of seating and sunlight. Not too loud. There are “nooks” that I’m guessing can be rented out but are temporarily closed. I do think their prices are way too high. 2 small drinks cost over $14! Insane.
