Chanello's Pizza - Richmond

Don’t order any sandwich that states on the menu that bacon is apart of it, bc it is not! Bacon bits is what consider as bacon!! Yes, BACON BITS!! Lastly the sandwich was poorly made with the yellow core part of the lettuce, like who does that!! One thin piece of meat! Oh my, and my sandwich was torn in half instead of being cut with a knife! Essentially I got a salad sandwich! I should’ve known better when I stated add salt and pepper, then he states “there will be packets in your bag” Horrible, HORRIBLE! No pickles either, Chile I was over that sandwich!

The owner makes sure the food is cooked and prepared correctly. He’s absolutely the best. Parking: There is plenty of parking.

I do enjoy the pizza from here , on the other hand this is not a dine in restaurant!

I have been coming for years for our large youth events orders and the food has been great! The staff friendly and easy to work with. The manager Jermaine, has been there to assist with whatever is needed to make our menu a success.. Thank you all so much for keeping your consistency throughout the years!

Ordered food lastnight didn't realize I ordered 2 small pizzas I asked if they could make them over I would pay the difference the lady said its already been made ..i thoughtas a customeryoure supped to be able to get treated better than this when im spending my money .I have 4 kids it was not enough on top of that I ordered mild Buffalo wings and I got some other flavor the delivery driver pulled up to my house with music blasting smh unprofessional and I will not be eating here again
