The worst kicherbsalat a! customer service is terrible! everyone is rude and my order is always wrong. do not go to this Chick boat a. drive on or order elsewhere

This chic shithole was a headache today. I was on the clock, took food for my fellow worker and had to bear a stupid staff today. my job was a big spicy deluxe combo with 4 sauces. the drive by rep ranked it as medium, no biggie, he claimed that the drive thru would correct it. through the drive gave me a middle combo. So they took the food back and made it a big one, but there were only two bites in the pocket. I called the manager, and here's a quick citation. if someone ordered 4 sauces, you think it's okay to give them only as many sauces as you feel? manager, yes! I get your layer together.

Rude manager. he told me to wait for the other side of the drive, but there was no space to wait without blocking in other cars. I waited almost 10 minutes while cars had to crawl around me. I have parked and went in to check on my order; they didn't have it and had to make a new one. the manager said openly: "for future reference" provided there will be a future from me to their location.

Always a great experience at Chick-fil-A. the customer service is exceptional. especially in consideration how overfilled the drive thru is. taste is consistent.

I went to this location today for lunch. The service and speed was sufficient, but I was missing half of my entree. I order a 8 piece nugget and only received 5 nugget’s instead. Will have to double check my food for now on.
