Chipotle Mexican Grill - Richmond

Bad service. Everyone was rude. They forgot the $2.50 side of gauc. Got food poisoning, had to go to the hospital. $17 burrito turned into $1500 medical bill. My roommate has it as well and ate here with me yesterday. Anyone else who got food here on 01/30/24 get horribly sick? P.s. I know chipotle is known for food poisoning but I didn’t think I would get it. Idk why I thought that.

Most chipotles suck these days. This chipotle has never failed me! Good portions, ingredients always fresh.

I placed an order online for the posted opening time of 10:30am. First, the place doesn 't even open until 10:45. At least I would be the first order and I would expect them to not be out of everything as they normally are, right? Second, I ordered a salad...no lettuce ANYWHERE in the bowl that I was provided. No salad dressing, and the wrong protein. First order of the day was completely incorrect. The woman who handed me the bag was very pleasant though. I would miss this place if i were you.See the photo for how this was, in no way, a salad.

First and LAST visit at this particular location. Food was awful! Taste

They were out of multiple meats and toppings, including beans. The service was lacking. Most of the tables were dirty.
