El Tucan - Richmond

We got the delivery of El Tucan and the first problem was that most of what we ordered never arrived. The articles we received were much smaller than expected, and at a fairly high price. The $14 fajitas had a child part of the beans, and the Fajita sides were a small wedge of tomatoes and maybe a pinch of cheese. The guacamole salad was only pieces of avocado and dry salad. We will not order in the future or visit this restaurant.

Very rude, and my father came in here and was completely ignored. The waitress ignored us when we tried to get her attention. Next, to serve all the others and the new people who came in. We sit there for 20 minutes and nothing we got up and went out and the same waitress smiled and said thank you. It was very rude and they lacked in customer service. I will not come back

The food was spectacularly seasoned and prepared. It was done quickly and efficiently. It was well presented and the coffee was beyond the comparison. Just a place I would go back to.

I never leave reviews?but El Tucan deserves one. amazing food. amazing prices. i wish i lived near this joint bc this place be POPPIN!!

To be honest I'm not a huge fan of Mexican food... however my car was being serviced at a business near by so I wanted somewhere close to find a quick meal while dining in. My order was fast, the food tasted pretty good. My only concern is that the floor needs a really, really good sweeping. ? Nevertheless I'll consider going back if I'm in the area.
