Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Richmond

I went with a group for a luncheon. Our waiter was outstanding; however our food selections did not come out at the same time along with a few items that were not as ordered. One person in our group did not receive their meal until we were almost finished. This dampened the experience. I've been to this location before and usually the food is hot and delicious, so it may be the large Christmas crowd was overwhelming. I'm willing to possibly try this restaurant one more time.

Amy was absolutely amazing. Having been in the service industry myself, I am very picky about my service but she went over and above with us. And while we were eating, I noticed the manager, Nicholas, praising the staff for the job they were doing. Just overall a really wonderful experience. I can’t say enough good things about this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Food service and drinks were excellent five star everything I would recommend this place to anyone

Went there for date night, had gift cards to use, everything was excellent from us getting seated to paying the bill... server was great on anticipated drink refills, blt salad was great, onion rings were good, steak and salmon entrees great, best key lime pie I've had in a while...overall was a great experience, will definitely go back
