Grandma's Soul Food - Richmond

The fish at this restaurant is amazing! However, the customer service definitely needs improvement. On Sundays, they open at 12pm, but when I called to place an order, I was told they were closed when they were actually open. If they are too busy to take an order, they should just say so instead of lying. Unfortunately, this experience has lost them a loyal customer. My family and I used to frequent this place often, but we will not be returning.

$4 for a tiny cup of the nastiest mac and cheese Ive ever had? Smh ill never waste my money there again!

Slow as heck waited an hour and a half for my food when the lady said 30 minutes thats a big difference. Poor customer service.

The service at this restaurant is excellent, however, the cabbage is overcooked and there is no okra available. Additionally, they were out of cornbread when they opened. There are only three choices of drinks to choose from and the BBQ is unusual at best.

The food at this restaurant is delicious! The ambiance is very nice, with a clean and welcoming environment. Highly recommended.
