Hardee's - Richmond

Delicious fast food. Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Quiet and clean with friendly staff. Typically hardees appearance and feeling. If you were one, you saw them practically all. This location usually produces fast and delicious food, day or night. Hardee's occasionally is a nice step change. I met the Carls Jr when in Cali. All things in moderation, including a nice Hardees ThickBurger for me. My wife likes the Mushroom Swiss Burger and recently tried the Southwest Patty Melt. The Melt was really tasty and she said the Jalapenos kicked. I'll try to visit Hardees or Carls Jr the next time. It will probably take 6 months from now on before we go back there, and a new delicious sandwich can take place.

Very nice staff. The spicy chicken sandwich is similar to the Carl's Jr. One has a lot less sauce and salad. I asked for more the last time and it was still quite dry.

The food here is usually quite good and fresh, but recently there were times when the staff had terrible settings, or we had to repeat our order 6 times and it is still wrong. We will always wait for them to bring out our order because they claim they have to make it fresh, but then it comes quite cold.

At this point, a bacon egg cheese commo ordered a sausage egg biscuit, checked the food of the biscuit had cheese on him the cookies was so hard we couldn't even eat the cookies! Retured all the food untouched the manager was soooo rude not for this kind of customer service, like me from Charlottesville, where our Hardee has excellent food customer service. Its 9:05 clock get it together or replace the a.m. manager that is equipped to operate the established one!

Not the nicest, cleanest Hardee 's in the group. Dated, needs a renovation. Co-workers went there for lunch 06/03. Took forever to get our orders taken. Staff very disorganized. Like the proverbial ethnic fire drill. Burger was cold and hard, like it had been cooked hours before. Fries also not too fresh. Had to ask for ketchup several times. One of the group went back on 06/04 (no idea why... and it was pretty much the same as the day before. Will not return on my next trip to Richmond.
