Ihop - Richmond

MERRY CHRISTMAS to one and all!!! It 's nice to be able to sit down and share a great meal with loved ones!!! My Son and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast this Christmas morning!!! The service was EXCELLENT and served quickly. Our waiter was courteous, efficient, attentive and friendly. We went in at 7:30 and there were very few people seated but by the time we left the place was filling up. Still, there were no lines and the servers were keeping things going like clockwork.

National pancake day experience was exceptional. Promptly seated, friendly service, and the pancakes did not take long to come out. Everything was overall good. Mozzarella sticks, hash browns, and the appetizer sampler were excellent. Highly recommended.

The waiter was friendly and attentive, though quite busy with other tables, which resulted in some delays in receiving condiments and refills. The food was served hot and was prepared correctly. I rated it four stars mainly because they seemed a bit understaffed, but that seems to be the norm these days.

I enjoy their pancakes, but the atmosphere isn't the most inviting for a family outing.

Everything was perfect today! The food was hot and tasted great. I will definitely be coming back! Lion approved by 1011thefam.
