Lucky Af: Asian Fusion Sushi - Richmond

I really enjoyed the freshness of the cucumber salad. The shrimp egg roll was cooked to perfection. The Crown Royal Cinnamon cocktail was fantastic. The customer service was outstanding! The restaurant was bustling even on a Tuesday night. This was my first visit, and I'll definitely be returning.

The restaurant feels a bit cramped inside, which isn't entirely the establishment's fault; they simply need a larger space. The atmosphere is lovely, but it tends to be on the cooler side, so it’s wise to bring a jacket. The lighting, wall art, and music contribute to a pleasant ambiance, and the staff is hardworking. The menu features creatively named items like the Joker Roll. The food is solid and meets expectations for designer sushi. However, I’m deducting points for the cramped feeling. I don’t see a compelling reason to choose this place over others.

I visited for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Although we had to wait, it was definitely worth it. Our waitress, possibly named Ashley, was fantastic. She was very patient and assisted us with our food selections. If you haven't been there yet, I highly recommend giving it a try. I ordered the tempura shrimp and crab, while my daughter had the salmon teriyaki.

I?m not from the area so this place was recommended to us. I?m glad we ventured out to try it. The staff were pleasant and the sushi was AMAZING! It was a perfect spot for date night. Make sure you try the Joker roll, it?s the best!

Best sushi in Richmond hands down! Friendly staff, and the salmon rolls I had with avocado, even during the shortage when it's tough to get! were so good. Also had a tuna roll which was uniquely different but just as tasty. It's clear that a lot of thought went into their recipes. Authentic sushi at a very fare price. Cool vibe, ambience, too.
