Mai Sushi - Richmond

Absolutely terrible service. my cousin, my year old grandmother and I went last night about minutes before the conclusion in her restaurant. the waiter sushi cook came to our table with an immediate setting. his first words to my grandmother were what they want him to say this several times after he jerked the menu of our hands, we decided that it was time to go. this man was the most rude person we've ever met. my cousin and the man have actually exchanged words and the server asked if he wanted to take it outside. we've been coming there for years and I've never met anyone in another company who has treated the customers. I agree that the customer is not always right, but we have done nothing to earn this treatment. especially my grandmother. Before we left some of the workers, they said they had problems with this man since he started.

A terrible service. I rang loud when I came in to pick up my order because I gave them the wrong name of the roll I ordered. I'm back from picking up and it was the wrong roll completely. it didn't eat. will not go back
