MOSAIC restaurant - Richmond

The service was terrible. We waited 10-15 minutes and had to ask the hostess if someone would please come and take a drink order. We ordered apps and they brought the wrong thing. As the restaurant was not even half full there didn't seem to be an excuse for such poor service.

Everything was delicious and amazing food. The atmosphere was great and service was top notch. Will definitely be returning

Noise made it difficult to hear otherwise great food and service

We were honestly disappointed… service was very very slow. We kept having to grab a server who wasn’t ours. Food was just mediocre at best. I LOVE Mosaic for lunch and thought I’d give dinner a try. I don’t think I’ll do that again…. I’ll stick with yummy lunches.

The food and the service was excellent. First time dining there but will definitely return.
