Mountain Mike's Pizza - Richmond

I spent $18 on spaghetti that was watery and inedible, and I ended up throwing it away. It seems like their strategy to accumulate bad reviews has backfired. The last time I called, the phone was disconnected, and when I drove there, the place was completely empty. They rarely have customers. It appears that more people would rather dine at Quiznos than at this establishment. If you're going to be rude and dismissive toward customers, you should at least offer decent food. With prices like theirs, I was thoroughly disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone.

The atmosphere was exceptional, and the service was incredibly friendly. The dishes were fresh and delightful. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. Well done!

I was quite perplexed by your concept and couldn't quite determine whether to give a score of 1 or 5 stars. So, I decided to take a chance and here it is:

The napkins were absolutely hideous. The tap water was flat and lacked carbonation. I requested a full refund because the floor oysters with otter pâté tasted terrible, but they only provided a partial refund. I will NEVER go back to this dreadful place! The waitstaff should be assigned to clean the deck. The worst part was that they refused to deliver to our offshore rig. Eating there felt like we were experiencing cell division!

The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff provides excellent service. I really appreciate how tidy the restaurant is and the overall atmosphere. Keep up the great work!
