The dining experience at this restaurant was enjoyable, but the process of ordering was unnecessarily complicated. We placed our order directly through their website, but it was canceled and we were refunded less than the amount we paid. We had to reach out to Menuify to resolve the issue. The delivery was handled through DoorDash, but there was confusion at the restaurant and our order was not fulfilled, resulting in a waste of time. We were contacted multiple times by DoorDash in an attempt to place the order that we had already placed on the restaurant's website, causing frustration for all involved. We also tried to call the restaurant, but they did not answer their phones.

The food was great when the new location first opened, but it's unclear if it still is. I tried calling to place an order three days in a row, but couldn't reach anyone. The online ordering system was also glitchy, indicating my chosen pick-up time was already taken midway through my order. I would like to give it another try, but it's not worth the hassle if they can't even fulfill orders during lunchtime.

I absolutely love this sandwich shop, it is my favorite! I enjoy all of their sandwiches. However, I have not been able to visit since they moved from Main Street. They are now only open for 4-5 hours a day and closed on weekends. I am curious how they are able to afford staying open for such limited hours and still attract regular customers.
