Philly Vegan - Richmond

This place was fabulous! The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and I got a veg Philly cheesesteak on a bed of lettuce. Plus they had three vegan gf milkshakes yum!!! (I got strawberry, highly recommend).

The vegan Philly cheesesteak is the best i have ever had. Large portion. Really nice people. The only issue is the parking. There is a parking lot next to them. I parked there and when I walked inside there was a sign that said not to park there. I asked the lady at the counter, and she said that they tow. She said that I should park on the street. I did not see any street parking spots open. Maybe if I drove around a while, I could find a spot. The food is so good that it would be worth it to look for parking. I want to try the other food they have.Vegetarian options: Vegan

Now I absolutely love everybody that works the front and my food was all the way on point. It was really good but the milkshakes have decreased in quality. I don't know if it's the ice cream they're using that adds to it but it tastes really funny and they put too many cookies and blondies in it. It's not a good balance. Its really grainy and thick and they give you regular straws, you need the fat strawsI bought two milkshakes in one day and was displeased with both ?. I'm thinking change the size of the milshake or find the right measurements, they're a little too pricey to not be tasty ?

This was my first time visiting and I was impressed. The location was easy to find. The people who worked there are amazing. Any questions I had they was able to answer for me. Excellent customer service. The food is cooked right there on the spot. The wait wasn't long at all. Most importantly, the food was AMAZING! I got the Philly vegan supreme cheesesteak with fries. Smh....so good... I definitely would recommend this spot.
