Pizza Hut - Richmond

Convenient pre-order and pickup location used while visting the area on vacation. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Really disappointing.Very bad quality.Called and spoke to the manager about the quality issues and was told they couldn't do anything because I ordered through doordash.

The portion of the menu they offer is fine, they stopped offering the full menu months ago though so not so great overall.

Honestly probably the best Pizza Hut around. The people who work here have all been super friendly to me and the pizza is always perfectly cooked. It’s actually becoming a problem for me how often I’m eating here.

Well there’s some ups and downs about this place. First they won’t answer the phone. And if you have store credit the manager says she can’t hear you and hangs up. But everything else is so good about this place!
