Contribuisci feedbackWorst customer service ever. The 3 other students who were in front of me tested the boxes and the cashier didn’t call on them. Until my turn, I just touched it and the cashier told me I have to take the food. Didn’t even see the sign that warned customer. Treated customers unfairly. Nasty attitude!
Not the best food for your money. Also, I had a poor costumer service experience where I thought I could pay for an item with swipes only to find out I couldn’t. No problem, so of course I tried to hand it over to the employees, but they told me I had to pay for it because I touched the box(I did not touch or alter the food inside the box). To my knowledge, there isn’t an obvious sign or indicator to say that if you touch it-you buy it, and even then that would still be crazy. After speaking to someone in charge, I was able to leave without paying for it; although, it sucks that food was wasted.

The main redeeming quality of Pizza Hut Express is it's speed—it will literally take you longer to fill your cup at the Pepsi Spire than it will for them to give you food! It is also open all the time and available on the VCU Dining Plan for swipes, which is required for most freshmen.
