Contribuisci feedbackThe manager tried to attack me for a new cup on the order that was placed last night right before graduation, I told her three times that I didn't take anything and the employee gave me the cup and she still went to me with bad intentions. It was a woman who closed the night before and didn't want to give me her name when she asked the night before she said. She would remember me, but my ENTIRE order was wrong because they closed at 10:30 and still take people money instead of letting someone know they are out of him, or already tied up and let me choose from residual food, BEYOND unprofessional and just right respectless.
I went to the store to order my food. The food wasn't the freshest. But the two guys who worked the front counter and bagging the food made a great job, I was there at 2pm 8-12-22
We have placed and picked up the order on the website. We ordered a 10 pieces with 2 pages and cookies. Paid when we have placed the order. Go in to pick it up and they say we're out of the wings, we say, okay, they don't offer any choice of substitutions, just give up the order and hand it over. We go home, open the box and find 2 boobs, 2 drumsticks and 5 thighs, so from 10 pieces of chicken, which is usually half white meat, half is dark meat, we all have only 2 pieces of dark meat (which I don't eat) and about that 's only 9 pieces, so we were cut a piece of chicken. And it must have been sitting for hours because it was dreadful. The sides were extremely bland, no salt at all (red beans/roses and potatoes with something that should be gravitation). A positive note, the cookies were good BUT not as good as the last time we ordered from this same Popeyes (Brook Rd in Richmond VA). I'll probably go to Bojangles next time. One more thing, how do you run out of wings? You don't sell buckets of wings, and chickens all have the same number of parts (2 of each breast, thighs, wings, percussion) as you run out wings, but nothing else?
Large selection of foods but must be better customer service. I know that I was charged for an article, but not received and had to pay for the article. I asked for a receipt that never received one
They were truly awesome. They are very friendly. Also the order taker in the front was so helpful; we forgot something on order didn't even get frustrated with us. And the manager was great delegating the jobs going on and keeping her crew working smoothly. This is only the second time eating here on route 1.
