Starbucks - Richmond

The service was incredibly slow; I nearly dozed off while waiting for my coffee, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. Food: 5, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

We placed a mobile order while on our way home to Cincinnati, and the estimated wait time was 9-17 minutes. I submitted the order 17 minutes before our arrival, yet we ended up waiting nearly 50 minutes. I'm extremely dissatisfied and will be contacting customer service! Put in a mobile order, waited 10-15 min (after drink was supposed to be made) still didn’t receive my coffee and walked out without my drink. Very slow service for as many people that were working.
