Subway - Richmond

I don’t typically write reviews, but I was really impressed by how hard and efficiently the staff were working, so I wanted to share my experience! The food was delicious too!

The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. One of the staff members, I think her name is Kaylie or something similar, was incredibly friendly and took great care of me! We definitely need more people like her in the industry. I will definitely be returning!

This is the cleanest Subway in the Reynoldsburg area. Everything is very fresh, even the tomatoes are crisp. I don't even like tomatoes. Staff is funny, fast, and patient. There are locations that are a little closer to me, but this is the one that I keep coming back to.

The kindest, most professional people you could ever meet. They even go as far as to remember my weird (but consistent) order and basically don't even need me to say anything. That and the place is always clean and the employees and management are always so nice and carry on pleasant conversations as they work. Literally, they deserve to be paid more for all they do. I've been to MANY subways in the past and by far, they are the only one that gives Subway a good name.

This has become my go-to Subway. The staff, service, and food consistently exceed my expectations. One particular employee is one of the friendliest customer service associates I’ve ever encountered; she always has a smile and goes above and beyond. The entire team really goes the extra mile!
