We needed 11 salads and sandwiches made up ahead of time for pick up at 9:45 in the morning on a Monday and they had someone there to make those sandwiches before they even opened. The salads and sandwiches were fresh and made according to what we ordered. Way to go subway on Main!
The lady working behind the counter only gave me 6 leaves of spinach on a footlong. When I brought up that she was wrong, because I am a former subway employee. She started screaming racial obscenities at me. She even said she would have to charge me for more spinach. The six vegetable rule is only for pickles cucumbers tomatoes and olives. I even agreed to pay because I just wanted to leave after she called me names. However, she took my food and threw it away!!! She had her name tag ripped off so I could not get her name. Stay away from this place, if the treatment is this bad. Imagine how bad the food is!!!
The small older woman during the day is the absolute rudest! I ordered online, I got there a few minutes early and she was so frazzled and upset because she had a couple of extra people coming while she was making my food. She was being so loud and obnoxious to me for absolutely no reason! $10 for a sandwich with barely anything on it! Literally 4 little leaves of spinach! I will never go there again! I?ll make sure we never order our lunch from this location! ...Here?s a thought, maybe have more than one person working at lunchtime on a Wednesday? Makes sense to me!
Updated review: 11/11/22 There is nothing more annoying then talking to a manager /female and telling them there was a problem with your order and they are condescending. Me: I just received my order and there was a bug crawling inside the sandwich. Manager /female: we don 't have bugs maybe it was from whoever drop it off. Me: No it was a curbside pickup AND the bug was inside the sandwich paper/wrap. (The bug was not a roach but a bug none the less. Manager/female:Well you will need to bring the sandwich back to get a new one. She did offer to replace the sandwhich but the interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. The tone was as if I was trying to get an extra sandwhich. REALLY? Work on your customer service. Stop assuming ppl are trying to get over on you. And I returned your sandwhich and your bug! You 'll never get another dime from me! ? Previous visit (2019 We arrived at 9:20 am. The store opens at 9. As we walked into the door the person behind the counter said (to a couple already waiting it 's usually not this busy in the morning She helps them and they are on their way. As we approach the counter I notice that NOTHING has been stocked. So she asked if we can wait for her to pull everything out. We decline and walk away... We were on a schedule and couldn 't be late. This is why employees/owners should arrive EARLY and have food/product ready BEFORE the store opens. I am sure losing my entire family orders didn 't make an impact on their daily sales but please do better.
ALWAYS SKIMMPY WITH THE TOPPINGS. One time the lady tried to charge extra for sweet peppers. I live 2 blocks away but I will go to another subway from now on.
