Taco Bell - Richmond

I had the worst experience at this Taco Bell. I ordered my food right at the beginning of lunch, hoping for fresh items. However, the nacho fries were lukewarm and stale, and my chalupas were extremely salty with hard, stale shells. None of the sauce packets I requested were included. The food was so bad that I couldn't finish any of it. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and would give zero stars if possible.

The meal was not edible. The cinnabons were so overcooked they crunched, the fries were so soggy that they just fell apart like someone soaked them, and the chalupa was so hard and stale that it couldnt be eaten. Not acceptable at all

The Crunchwrap had a burnt taste and despite paying for extra beef, sour cream, and cheese, it ended up being a regular Crunchwrap. However, everything else about the meal was great.

The cheesy bean and rice burritos were not made well at all. One of them didn't have any cheese sauce in it. I asked for black beans instead of refried beans, and they did substitute them, but they gave me such a small amount that it was probably half of what you would normally receive. Every time I order from this Taco Bell location, something goes terribly wrong. I even had to reorder my food because when the second delivery driver came to pick it up, they said Taco Bell had given it to another driver first. It was honestly a nightmare.

This is an average Taco Bell, I'd say. It's one of the remodeled locations, and it's conveniently located right on Broad Street. The parking lot layout...
