Taco Bell - Richmond

Great service and order accuracy. The staff here is very friendly and my order is always right! Other than that, it is a usual Taco Bell and is usually easier to reach and out and less clogged than other locations in the area.

Great service with plenty of condiments for your tacos. Clean atmosphere with clean tables, and sits ,clean windows plus door glass. Great Job keep up with excellent quality.

This is the best Taco Bell at the Grand Parkway near Westpark Tollway. The staff provides friendly service, and both the drive-thru and the restaurant are extremely clean. You can really tell that this Taco Bell cares about its customers and the quality of food and service they offer. The drive-thru is quick, and there are smiling faces everywhere. After a negative experience at the FM 1093 location, I decided to make the extra trip to this one on Grand Parkway, and it was definitely worth it! Highly recommend it!

However, I’m updating my review to reflect my frustration with the ongoing trend of being asked to “pull around to the front.” While I understand this may be necessary sometimes due to high volumes or the need for fresh preparation, it becomes frustrating when I’m the only car in line and there’s no one else waiting. It makes me question the purpose of a drive-thru. I know this may be a corporate policy rather than something specific to this location, but it seems to drive away loyal customers. The food is still fantastic, but please consider revising this practice!

I had a wonderful experience with the service and accuracy of my order. The staff is incredibly friendly, and my orders are always correct! Aside from that, it's a typical Taco Bell, but it's generally more accessible and less congested than other locations nearby.
