Taco Bell - Richmond

I will never be happy with a restaurant where you cannot order to a person. I do not want to have to figure out your computer to place my order. I want to tell you what I want, pay, eat. Simple. No one would even help. They just said use the thing . I asked if I could place my order with them. Nope I have to use the thing . Whatever. Not going back. Customer service sucks.

Right price and staff was great and very helpful at the kiosk.

I command the app and go through the drive to get my food. Staff are always polite and friendly. I never had a problem with the staff. There was a mistake on one of my orders, and they immediately corrected him and apologized for supervision. That was the only problem I had in this place. I try to get my orders from here wherever possible, because of the amount of service they offer.

So, this location is actually a pretty good tacobell, nice hot food, crispy salad and contemporary service. About all based on many experiences with different locations, I would say that this is one of the thoughtful when it comes to customer service.
