Torchy's Tacos - Richmond

Amazing Tacos! If you have ever fallen in love with a perfectly balanced savory and spicy taco from Torchy's other locations, this new location will not disappoint you either. The food is top notch, served hot and tasty. The queso is amazing as always. The manager Mark was friendly and his staff were all kind and courteous. This is a welcomed addition to the neighborhood and a great place to bring your family and friends!

I actually like Torchy's. Been eating Torchy's for almost a decade. This location is a freaking train wreck. Employees are rude. You can see employees playing around in the kitchen through the glass. Food here is pathetic....the photo is literally how they wrapped the ace of spades taco I ordered....they threw the two tortillas on there just enough to cover it and wrapped it in foil. Been here four times and three of those times are freaking horrible. This is the last time I'm spending my money here and no I do not recommend this location. The Cinco Ranch location is a hundred times better. I'll definitely drive an extra 10 minutes away to get good service.

First of all KUDOS to Raquel for being such a great hostess to this first time Torchy's customer. Once I told her that I was a newbie she got a bright, welcoming smile and began to tell me about fan favs. Such a wonderful experience. I went with my standby, the Beef Fajita Taco which was by far the best ever. Grilled pepper, pico, cheese, mmmmmm. And she talked me into trying the Green Chile Queso and Cheese. Another win! And don't even get me started about the house margaritas, so good. Thank you Raquel for such a wonderful first visit. Will definitely be back.

I had 2 beef fajitas tacos (each sold separately) which was ok, they?re loaded with sweet peppers, tomatoes, caramel onions, mix cheese and maybe something else?for me was a little too much of the toppings and the meat was a little chewy, but overall good. What I like the most was cheese deep which was loaded with a little bit of cheese, guacamole, chorizo?it was nice and hearty. The ambiance is nice, clean?they have a bar and outdoor seating. Tacos 4 stars, cheese dip 5 stars.

Food was good. Drinks were strong. I just didn't like the fact that I wasn't told that takeout drinks were more than dine in drinks. Kinda over priced for the size taco, but the taste wouldn't let me complain. Get the corn in the cup!!!!
