Wendy's - Richmond

Our order was incomplete. we were missing items and the 2 burgers we received was ice cold and messy and lettuce mushy.it was AWFUL

They sent the wrong cookies then sent my fries and my drink with NO BURGER so that apos;s HALF OF A COMBO, Then DoorDash didn apos;t want to refund my money. I will be going back to UBER EATS!!! PERIOD

The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil, lemonade wasnt sweet, and my hamburger was soggy.

French toast only had 4 piece when it was 6 Sausage, Egg Cheese Biscuite, had no cheese didn apos;t receive no drinks

I went there this past friday evening. I was flustered, running late, and my entire family was hungry. I went through the drive-thru to get food for my family and I. The woman that was working in the drive thru about 7:15pm handing out the food had my food ready when I pulled up. She checked everything, found that the toy from my daughter's kid's meal was missing and got it to me. I did not have to ask for a drink carrier, they already had my drinks in one. On top of all that, she was pleasant and smiled. I wish all fast food restaurants that I drove through were like this! And extra kudo's to the woman in the drive thru!
