Madison Gardens - Richmond

I recently spent $37 (a $31 bill plus a $5.41 tip for carryout) at Madison Garden. When I opened my meal, I was disappointed to find that my baked potato had no butter, my fish had no tartar sauce, my friend's green tomato had no ranch, and there were no utensils. When I went back to get the missing items, the staff was very friendly, but the manager was rude. He argued with me about the missing tartar sauce and even had the nerve to charge me 39 cents for a cup of ranch dressing.

We ordered a burger, wings, and spaghetti with meatballs for our 3-year-old child. The food was delicious.

Our group visited this restaurant based on a recommendation from a student at EKU. We were impressed by their beer selection, menu, and the fact that they were a locally owned and operated establishment rather than a chain. As we were leaving, I was looking forward to coming back. However, I had the worst dining experience imaginable.
