Little Caesars Pizza - Richmond Heights

First of all, I had to wait about 10 minutes just to place the order I tried their new cheese puffs they're half the size what the commercial and pictures show then I had to wait about 20 minutes for my order. On top of everything, the store looks filthy looks like a dirty place. They should at least have their windows cleaned. The front door was shattered. And cracked by the way, I explained it you would think they were crowded, but there was only one person in front of me sad. Very sad always remember it all starts. Ed management. It's not always the employees. This location should be closed and another food business should go in. It's in a great location that location should be closed.

Literally has 1 staff and 20 customers all waiting for their food for over 1 hour.

Placed order at 5:15 online. Was supposed to be ready in 20-25 minutes. Pizzas were finally ready at 6:55. After inspecting my pizzas, one was not the right one and was told I needed to wait! I walked put at this point....

I ordered online and it took a little longer for it to be prepared and I was cool with that because they had a long line. I got the puffs and they were burnt and a few of them didn’t even have cheese it was just bread, it was crazy no pun intended! This place is closer but I’m will to go to a different location next time.

Crazy puffs are selling like Crazy they are good. I alway order my pizza with extra items
