Sea Siam Connection - Richmond Heights

We love coming here! Always nice atmosphere, nice service and delicious food! We ordered Tom Kha Khai Soup and sushi....everything delicious! We will return soon!

M family and I have enjoyed dining at this restaurant for many years but there appears to have been a change in ownership/management within the last year. The quality of the food has declined as well as the service and general ambiance of the restaurant. The manager is rather surly and unpleasant in his demeanor, the regular wait staff appear to have moved on and the ambiance of the place is somewhat tired and forlorn. The lunch menu which was quite good value for money has been reduced in respect it's offering as well. Hope that this establishment can get its act back together as it is currently only a shadow of its previous self.

Wonderful!!! We Had the Fillet Pla Lad Prig, spring rolls, Tom Kar Goong, and California roll. All the food was delicious and service was A+!!!!! I highly recommend this place. Ambiance of the restaurant is very cute and cozy!

This used to be our go to restaurant. The new manager or owner does not have the qualities of a restaurateur! Last Saturday he served us, he was angry and so unprofessional. Spent more time on his phone hidden in the back corner than attending the few clients. We were in the area and went back for lunch since the regular staff has always been friendly. The same gentleman (tall with glasses) told us that the restaurant was closed. Please note that it was 2:38 when we were told that we would not be served when the restaurant is scheduled to close at 3:00 pm. Hopefully he is not the new owner otherwise this will be the last time we visited that establishment.

I picked up Sushi and Padtai at this restaurant. We took the food home and ate a few pieces of the American Dream roll. I noticed it was very chewy. I began taking apart the roll to find out what the problem was. I found that we had been eating plastic which was wrapped around the crab. We were extremely upset about this. We dumped everything in the trash along with the padtai. We called the restaurant and advised we wanted our money back. They advised we needed to come back to the restaurant with the credit card. When we got back to the restaurant the man at the counter told us that that 's how the crab comes packaged . We had figured that out but we told him that they are supposed to remove the plastic prior to making the roll for consumption. He told us there was nothing wrong with the padtai so he still charged us for it. I told him we dumped all the food in the trash and wanted the entirety of the bill refunded. I will never eat here again!
