Contribuisci feedbackI was very disappointed to find that some items on the menu were not available, so I had to make different choices.
By 9am they ran out of all Bagels, I mean Really. They ran out of souffle's as well. ok, but bagels, unacceptable. This location is more like a mom and pop store rather than a major restaurant.
I waited 28 minutes for a soup and sandwich. Not the first time. Guest behind me waited 30+ minutes. Another guest came to order and when she found out the wait time, she said “I promised myself I wouldn’t come back to this location after I waited so long las time.” And walked out
Jasmine, one of the managers, answered my call after hours to address an issue I had with an order. She was so professional and polite. Thank you Panera!
The Bread Co I visited was the worst I have ever experienced. The salads were only filled a quarter of the way to the top, and the sandwiches were cold, hard, and looked more like a quarter of a sandwich. They even gave us 5 bags of chips for a 2 person order, likely because they knew the quality of the meal was so poor.
