Domino's Pizza - Richmond Hill

Every pizza in the last year we?ve ordered with half anything has been wrong. By left half olives it does not mean extra olives on the whole pizza. Recently, sauce has been lacking and tastes like dried up bread stick Delivery is fast and prompt even ifthe order has been wrong.

The service was excellent, but I really dislike the policy that requires payment by card for any order over $35. I think that limit should be higher for a delivery service. It’s the most frustrating policy I’ve encountered!

The food was prepared quickly, the restaurant was clean, and all the employees appeared professional and friendly. However, the tall blonde shift leader stood out negatively. She was unkind and disrespectful to the staff, yelling at them and making sarcastic remarks loud enough for customers to overhear. This behavior was unprofessional and detracted from the overall experience.

Like many other restaurants in town, this location is noticeably short-staffed. However, they still managed to accurately prepare our order of three pizzas for pickup in just 20 minutes. The person at the front, despite appearing overwhelmed, was very friendly.

The pizza wasn?t hot nor cold when we got it. It was like warm. The delivery driver really didn?t say anything and was really just not the nicest. Prices are fair but a little higher than other pizza chains. Still very good pizza and very high quality!!
