Mcdonald's - Richmond Hill

Place was disgusting and no ice in fountain machine and soda was not flavored

CHECK THE BAG!!! I don't give bad reviews often but they never get the order right. It is a repeated offense. The staff is friendly and kind but they have stolen more money from me at this point that it's insane. Something is always missing. And when you check the bag open the boxes. They won't put 2 patties on double burgers and one time even no patties at all, just sauce! Very common occurrence. Be careful. No hate towards the staff but damn...it's never right...

My food always be over cooked , undercooked or not fresh, I don’t understand

By far the dirtiest, most unsanitary McDonald’s I have ever been to….I’ve been several times, with hope that these issues will be addressed, but unfortunately continue to get worse. The drive thru is always packed and business is booming, as options are very limited in Richmond Hill. Because of this, I feel the owners/management do not feel cleanliness and a sanitary eating environment is a necessary priority for customer retention. Warning, if your planning to eat inside, use the restroom, play area etc., you will notice one of the most unsanitary environments you’ve ever experience. Sticky floors, flooded and completely trashed bathrooms, dirty tables etc. Sad this is not a top priority to bring customers back to a place you are serving FOOD!

Actually the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Fries were stale, filled only half way. Asked for two sauces, they only gave one. Asked cookie to be heated and it was not. Don’t go here
