Astoria Shish Kebob House

One of my favorites but has unfortunately gone downhill. We understand that prices have to increase as everything else does. But to charge almost 18$ for a salad and cheap out on the cheese. Is just sad. It's evident they are making cuts to many menu items- changing the quality and the taste. Yet still raising the prices.

Wonderful restaurant and great staff. A gentleman by the name of Turab, is awesome! Super professional and polite. Astoria is lucky to have him working there. Thank you!

We had family of four and food was not great at all. I ordered Souvlaki. They served my kids school lunch, so I thought it would be good food fresh. The souvlaki tasted like microwaved. : .Even I stoped ordering lunch mane due to Astoria after my visit.

The food was overall good. The salad was big and I really liked the veggies and cheese, but near the end of the salad it was soaked in the dressing which is very sour. The large chicken souvlaki was super tasty and the fries were amazing and crunchy, but pricing it at $30.50 is a bit high. The regular salmon was $23 and was well cooked, just a bit small and weirdly long and narrow, but the price is more reasonable. Spent over $70 for this dinner after tax and tip, not sure if I’ll be back for the dinner but they do have a good deal during lunch on weekdays for $15 for chicken souvlaki.

I went for lunch, but there was only one waiter. Food was ok. The sausage was tasty.
