Baskin-robbins - Richmond Hill

Ordered an ice cream cake from here for my bday, I asked for half ice cream and half traditional cake, and they made a perfect one for me! It was everything I hoped for and better. Already recommended this place to my friends.

I visited the store on April, one of my friend told me must try the Rum Raisin, is new flavor according to my friend. I remember that day is very busy. The guy who service me I think is call Roger. The shop was bunch of people but Roger is a patient guy, I explain alot and introduce other new ice-cream in the shop. I'm highly recommend you guys should ask Roger to serve you.

I am incredibly pleased with the quality of customer service provided to me by Roger at this location as always. I drive 10 KM more to go to his store. Roger is the best staff ever! I live in the neighborhood for years, and every year we come to get all of my three kids birthday cakes. He has always been so helpful in making suggestions and helping me customizing the cakes. We are so glad to have him in our neighborhood Baskin Robins!

They ran out of a few favorite flavors of mine in a Tuesday noon. The ice cream taste was ok. Brownie was ok. I order a brownie sandae. Price was fair.
