Chatime - Richmond Hill

At Chatime, they are not allowing customers to use their own reusable cups for their bubble tea orders due to Covid-19. However, there are customers in the store not wearing masks while consuming their drinks. We have been dealing with the pandemic for two years now and understand how to prevent transmission. The risk of transmission in indoor settings is higher with maskless individuals. It begs the question, why sell reusable containers if we cannot use them? What about the environment? Maybe we should consider not purchasing bubble tea at all.

I have waited for my drinks for half an hour now and im still waiting. this is frankly way too long for drinks. and this store is full of people, no social distancing tk be seen at all.

I love bubble tea so much! I go here a lot with my friends and I usually order the Mango Green Tea with Tapioca and half sugar. The tapioca tastes fresh and the drink is usually delicious! There is a huge selection of drinks and you can customize basically everything ranging from the sugar level, to the toppings you'd like! Unfortunately, when I get my drink, its a little sour and the juice tastes artificial. That's why I rated it a 4 star. Overall, I like the drink but I wish that it tastes fresher in the future. I have gotten the sweet treats before and they were amazing but quite overpriced.

DURIAN MILK TEA ?I know some people feel like they have to(en)DUR(ian) the taste and smell of durian but I freaking love it! ?It was amazing news to me when they brought the limited time drink back again in May because I was able to get it for both me and my grandma ?Love the flavor of durian milk tea and I honestly could have done with a stronger durian flavor but I get why they made it so mild, probably for people who have never tried durian before, you know? ?Service here in my experience has always been very friendly, helpful, and efficient even when I order a lot of drinks! I love this location because of how convenient it is for me to drop by and grab a to satisfy my bubble tea (sans bubbles) craving
