General Thai & Chinese Cuisine

Ordered last Saturday, food had a good flavour, however the chow mein was very slimy, I imagine because of the mushrooms being cooked incorrectly, I couldn't eat it. Also ordered the chicken and broccoli, the serving size seemed okay until I was plating it and realized just how unbalanced the portions were, way too much broccoli. Please correct that.

Very disappointed with the new owners. Used to be my go to Chinese food spot. However my most recent order was not right the pork was all fat the chicken balls were soggy and the lemon chicken was..... Aweful. Never again.

After 20 years plus In Richmond Hill and being Loyal to General Thai and I will add supported local take ottoman during CovidI am super disappointed after tonight’s transaction !!!!Firstly cash discount is now 5% instead of the past 10%Meat comes in smaller containers then the reg meals first I have seen and sneaky on their part .Smaller containers is deceiving as you think it a reg size filled upSo wrong !!!!!!!!!!!!Then no fortune cookies said they were on back orderNot sure if there changed owners but they have list a customer over stretching their dollarGood luck as your little customers are smarter than you think !!!!I will go to Amazing Thai in future

The owner is the best, he makes my day every time i go there. They also made some renovations with their restaurant and its elegant i mean i would eat here every time. 5+ star THE BEST.!!!

This place is what I would recommend to my family and friends. The food is top tier. Best Chinese food place out in Richmond Hill or even the gta. This is the exact reason why you should never judge a book by its cover.
