This may sound cheesy but, as far as burger go Hero Certified Burgers is certifiably one of my Heroes, particularly when it comes to their cheese burgers! The service at this location is good, the prices are ok and the food is excellent!

Fresh and so delicious! the restaurant is very clean, i was impressed with that. Service was ok. when we first arrived there wasn't anyone at the till....so we had to wait like 10 mins. Anyhow he apologized and took our order and it was well worth the wait. will be going back..give it a try.. The layout of the restaurant is also very cool..great for children

When Hero Burgers first opened, this was definitely one of the best burgers in the city. However, as all franchises seem to do, as they grew, they're food quality went from bad to worse! You honestly couldn't pay me to eat anything on their menu....burgers, chicken....they all suck! MUCH MUCH better options just about anywhere!

I was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn next door and needed dinner, so I went to Hero Burger. When I walked in, the place was empty. I wasn't sure if it was closed, but then a lady appeared and took my order in broken English. She seemed annoyed by my presence and hastily gave me my meal to go. The burger had gristle in it, the fries were soggy, but the onion rings were good. The vanilla shake started off sweet but turned bitter. Overall, I don't think I would dine at this location again.
