Ichiban Fish House - Richmond Hill

Ordered Sashimi Bento. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is small but clean. Sashimi was very fresh. It was so good that i ended up ordering 2 more orders of Sashimi. 1 order is 3pc. They serve salads and miso soup. I think they make their own Miso soup and Salad dressing. Miso soup did not taste like Instant miso soup you get at other sushi restaurants.

I've been here a few times for lunch during the work week, and their bento boxes always satisfy me. First off, I love their cute photo-compiled menu books ; I go for their bento boxes because they're very reasonable priced and you get a decent amount of food. Something interesting is they like to make tempura apple slices. They also love their yams/sweet potatoes — I think it was incorporated into my bento in three different ways. The quiet and cozy ambience makes it a perfect place to share a meal and long conversations.

My favorite sushi destination.. Out of the many sushi locations I've been to in the GTA, this place has time and again stood out as one of the best. It is much cheaper than many other locations, and even leaves you as full as an ayce dinner. Also at a very high quality. You can't go wrong with Ichiban fish house.

I loved the sushi and sashimi there, they have great combos at affordable prices. Their fish is very fresh and i always enjoy being there. Only thing I don't like is the seating, sometimes you get cramped crappy seatings, but Its ok because they give free ice cream at the end :

Dropped in for lunch. Salmon sashimi was excellent, dynamite roll was fresh And yummy. Great little restaurant.
