Kfc - Richmond Hill

Decided to have KFC after a long while, and what a big mistake... The chicken tenders were stale and the breading on them was more like what I imagine overly salted cardboard would taste like. To top it all off it gave me diarrhea and I was vomiting the next morning.

This is the absolutely worst KFC in CANADA! Chicken taste like it’s been cooked and left there for a week then microwave to customer. PLEASE SHUT DOWN. Someone needs to contact Ministry Of Health and report these people. Environment is also a mess. Garbage on the table. DIGUSTING

Food was good. Not very quick. But possibly due to employee Brendan moping around with no urgency..also on his phone while they are obviously busy. Brendan is not a good worker.

The worst place to go!! I came today and I was in the line for 30 mins! I just decided to leave! Only 3 staff working and.I felt so bad for them! One staff is doing the drive-thru front cashier taking orders from the inside plus putting the food together! It was insane! Plus on top of that they have to deal with UBER EAT, Skip etc... Before that ,there was about 3 customers left the line because it was ridiculously pathetic! Not again!

I found the Kentucky Fried Chicken to have an unpleasant odor and the chicken was not fried properly at all. I've tried KFC in various countries, but this was the worst experience I've had. When I shared my concerns with the manager, he was quite rude. I won't be returning to this location. Additionally, the restroom was extremely dirty. I truly hope this branch closes soon as it tarnishes the reputation of Kentucky Fried Chicken.
