4.5 stars - Kimpo is a small hidden Viet restaurant in a standalone building beside the Milliken Go Station parking lot.
I love the crab meat noodle hereIt's a thick rice noodle that's a bit chewy and clear in consistency.
In a mall full of food, Kim Po stands out with delicious fresh Vietnamese food, served very quickly. Everything is good, lemon grass specialties stand out, Pho is rich and huge serving. All is very fresh. This is a go to place for lunch or dinner in the area for casual dining at the right price.
For Pho, this is a great place to go. The bowls are big, and the soup is tasty. The décor is a bit tasted, but they have booths, a large TV, and a large open eating area. They have decent lunch specials for $8.50, and also have a build-your-own noodles. You get to add up to 3 meat items, so obviously adding all 3 is the best deal (considering you can add a Spring roll for $1 more, and beef rolls for another $1). If you get 3 items, you'll be full for sure.
